You choose whether you want to pay with Vipps or card over the Internet.

If you pay by card, our software encrypts all information. No one else can decipher the credit card number, name and address when the order is sent online. We obtain authorization from the card suppliers for each individual order. In other words, a stolen credit card cannot be misused with us. The credit card is charged when an order is sent, or an pre-order is approved.
Orders will be sent within 3 days of purchase, or within 3 days after a release date of an pre-order.
With us, the Right of Cancellation Act and the Consumer Purchase Act apply, and we follow the guidelines given by the Norwegian Booksellers Association, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority and the Consumer Council.
At fjordofnorway.no, both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Right of Cancellation Act apply.
If there is a fault with the item you can return the item within 2 years. If you regret a purchase, you can return within 30 days by post. If you wish to return, you must fill in the right of withdrawal form which you can find in the link below on this page.
You should also contact us in advance at alf-erik@inore.no so that we can send you a return label. Then you don't have to pay the return postage yourself if the return is due to a complaint.
You must cover the postage yourself if you make use of the right of cancellation.

Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority for mediation. Forbrukertilsynet is available on phone 23 400 600 or www.forbrukertilsynet.no.

The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint. It is particularly relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country. The complaint is filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
